CURTISS-WRIGHT TO ANNOUNCE THIRD QUARTER 2003 RESULTS

ROSELAND, N.J., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW, CWB) will release its third quarter 2003 financial results at approximately 4:30pm EST on Thursday, October 30. A conference call and web cast presentation will be held on Friday, October 31, at 10:00am EST for management to discuss the company's third quarter performance and future outlook. Martin Benante, Chairman and CEO, and Glenn Tynan, CFO, will host the call.
