CURTISS-WRIGHT ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF MICHAEL J. DENTON AS VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL AND CORPORATE SECRETARY

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW) today announced that Michael J. Denton has retired as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective February 21, 2014. Mr. Denton has served in these positions as an executive officer of Curtiss-Wright since August 2001.
