CURTISS-WRIGHT DECLARES DIVIDEND OF $0.13 PER SHARE FOR COMMON STOCK

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of thirteen cents ($0.13) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable October 17, 2014 to stockholders of record as of October 3, 2014.
