CURTISS-WRIGHT ANNOUNCES DATE FOR 2005 FINANCIAL RESULTS

ROSELAND, N.J., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) expects to release its 2005 full year and fourth quarter financial results after the close of trading on Thursday, February 9, 2006. A webcast conference call will be held on Friday, February 10, 2006 at 9:00am EDT for management to discuss the Company's 2005 performance and 2006 guidance. Martin R.
