PARSIPPANY, N.J., Feb 02, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ -- Martin R. Benante, Chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW), announced that today the Board of Directors declared a dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable April 16, 2010 to stockholders of record as of April 2, 2010.
