Stockholders, employees, and other interested parties wishing to contact the Board directly may initiate in writing any communication with: (i) the Board, (ii) any committee of the Board, (iii) the non-employee Directors as a group, or (iv) any individual non-employee Director by sending the communication to:

The name of any specific intended Board recipient should be noted in the communication. However, prior to forwarding any correspondence, the Lead Independent Director will review such correspondence and, in his or her discretion, will not forward certain items if they are deemed inappropriate for submission.
