LYNDHURST, N.J., Feb 5, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Martin Benante, Chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW, CW.B), announced today that the Board of Directors had declared a dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share on Common Stock and Class B Common Stock payable April 26, 2002 to stockholders of record April 12, 2002.
