ROSELAND, N.J., May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) announced today that it has acquired the assets and certain liabilities of two business units of Diversified Coatings, Inc. (dba Allegheny Coatings) of Ridgway, PA for $15.1 million.
