Curtiss-Wright Announces Date Change for 2012 Third Quarter Financial Results

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Oct. 31, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW) announced today that its third quarter 2012 financial results initially scheduled for Thursday, November 1, 2012, and its webcast conference call scheduled for Friday, November 2, 2012, have been postponed due to the recent storm, and related damage and power outages throughout New Jersey. The revised date for its 2012 third quarter financial results is now expected after the close of trading on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. A webcast conference call will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 10:00 am EST for management to discuss the Company's 2012 third quarter performance. Martin R. Benante, Chairman and CEO, and Glenn E. Tynan, CFO, will host the call. These revised dates are subject to change.
