CURTISS-WRIGHT DECLARES DIVIDEND OF $0.13 PER SHARE FOR COMMON STOCK

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 12, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW) announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of thirteen cents ($0.13) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable April 13, 2015 to stockholders of record as of March 30, 2015.
